Chers Tous,
Ensemble, Nous Gagnerons !

Dear all,
In political Impasse, Thief Prime Minister Hun Sen has resuscitated by mocking at Sam Rainsy's changeable  position over NEC: non confidence in legislative elections and confidence in sub national ones. Sam Rainsy has deserved it, because he has no firm position daring openly betray Khmer will and negotiating powers and posts for future collaborations against Khmer Nation. What will CNRP Do? To Attend National Assembly by Treason or Boycott it by Respect to Khmer People's Will and Liberate Cambodia with them?  Perhaps, there will be Historical Decision Awaited by Khmer People since more than 10 Months! Indeed, on May 29, 2014, in spite of boycott by 11 Senators of Sam Rainsy's  Party, Hun Sen CPP's Senat have adopted, without problems, the draft law voted recently by Thief National Assembly. Do Opposition Parliamentarians (Senators and Deputies ) will have the courage to all together Resign  to Prompt Unconstitutionality of the current thief regime, Create political impasse so that isolated Hun Sen CPP will be forced  to choose itself popular consultations and anticipated elections  to save Cambodia?
Hun Sen has been Nicknamed Thief and Traitor by Khmer People. If CNRP Attends National Assembly to Legalize the Parliament, Recognize the Thief Prime Minister Hun Sen, It will Become the Party of the Salvage of Thieves (CTRP) or the Collusion with Traitors. After  Protests in Vietnam by angry insurgents against Chinese Occupation of  Paracelsus islands by Burning ,looting and ransacking Chinese Factories in Vietnam, Chinese residents and Investors have fled to Cambodia, by Thousands. The Archipelago of Paracelsus belongs to Vietnam due to its proximity to Vietnam, rioters said! On the contrary,  why Vietnam, Situated at 50 km from Koh Tral (or Phu Quoc), has Annexed this isle located at 16 km from Cambodia? It's Time for Cambodians to Rise up for Cambodia's Independence, against Vietnamese Colonization! The Situation of Human Rights and environmental and cultural destructions in Cambodia have  Worsened : on  May 29, 2014, in front of a Buddhist Institute in Phnom Penh, several hundreds of People have Protested  for Immediate cessation of all destructions. There were  Skirmishes between Security forces and Protesters. Khmer Lotus Revolution and Transitional National Council (TNC)  Support this Protest … Phnom Penh Municipality has closed Democracy Park and other State Buildings by Barbed Wires.  (Week News: In Egypt, Presidential Elections have been held without participation of Muslim Brotherhoods banned by Egyptian  Tribunal. Marshal Abdel Fatah Al-Sissi will win these Polls. In Ukraine, Businessman Petro Porochenko has won presidential ballots in the first round. He will have the heavy task to resolve issues of national unity, country's integrity and international relationships. In Thailand, after 2 days under Martial Law, General Paryuth Chan O- Cha has grabbed all powers by coup. Territorial claimings over Paracelsus islands have worsened  relations between China, Vietnam and  the Philippines. Does Thief PM Hun Sen  have  the courage to let Khmer People freely rise up to defend national integrity and demand Cambodia's Independence from Vietnam?)
On May 30, 2014, Phnom Penh Tribunal has sentenced the Liberation of  Vorn Peou and 22 Human Rights Defenders imprisoned at Trapeang Phlong since more than 4 months, due to their pacific demo demanding monthly 160$ salary. Is this liberation will be used as tool for positive results in political negotiations between CPP and CNRP? Hun Sen, Khmer Traitor and Hanoi's Puppet, has become a Mad Dog biting his People demonstrating against his Authority of Thief PM in the Kingdom of Thief Parliament, Thief Government, and Thief King Legalizing Hun Sen's Dictatorship. Khmer People should not let this Mad Thief Prime Minister to Continue to rule this State and Serve his Master Hanoi as he already did for more than 35 years. Khmer Lotus Revolution sees two very dangerous Forces face to face: Khmer People in one Side that will win; CPP Hun Sen with China and Vietnam, Supported by CNRP, in the other, will Loss.
Khmer Lotus Revolution Puts itself at Transitional National Council’s Disposal. In order to:
1/ Liberate Cambodia from Vietnamese Colonization.  2/ Overthrow Dictatorial Hun Sen Regime
3/ To Install Independent Institutions for Democracy!
The National and Regional Situations in South-East Asia are very favorable for the Takeover of all Powers by Khmer Nation! They have to Rebel by all Means, by Tsunami Demonstrations and Strikes… Like Different People in the World!   Humanity have always Conquered their Rights by Fierce Fights. Khmer Nation Should Take Examples from Those People. Indeed: the End Justifies all means. Khmer Nation must no more let CPP Hun Sen Lead Cambodia. even for 3 or 6 moths or a year! They Have to Do not Rely on always False Promises since 34 years made by Thief and Traitor CPP!
Seeing that Key Khmer Problems Remain without Response:
1/ Vietnamese Colonization of Cambodia   2/  Hun Sen-PPC Dictatorship   3/  Democracy
It’s Time for Khmer Nation to Take their Destiny in their Hands, Rise Up, Sacrifice, Chase Vietnamese Colonization from Cambodia and Overthrow Dictator Hun Sen: for Independence, Liberty and Democracy! They Have to Struggle until Victory with all Means by  Tsunami Demonstrations and Strikes…: That is their Rights! They won’t achieve these Goals by Keeping 2nd Monarchy and Thief Hun Sen CPP’s Regime in Place: Because They Help Vietnam Colonize Cambodia, since 22 Years (for 2nd Monarchy) and 35 years (for CPP)!
In Cambodia, There are 3 Political Logics: 1/  Hanoi Puppet’s  Logic embolden by Hun Sen CPP.
2/ 2nd Khmer Monarchy Rescue Logic  Defended by Sam Rainsy and CNRP.
3/ Cambodia Liberation Logic Elaborated by Khmer Lotus Revolution and Transitional National Council.
Indeed, Sam Rainsy and Hun Sen, in this 2nd Monarchy, wouldn’t  and Couldn’t Liberate Cambodia and its People for Independence and Democracy. CNRP has already Become the Party of Treason along with  Hun Sen CPP. The Crazy King’s Regime and the two Parties Crazy about King have no Political Vision of Country’s Liberation. Sam Rainsy, Kem Sokha, Sar Kheng  and Hun Sen are Playing AYAY Chlang Chloeuy, YIKER or Khmer LOKHON BASSAC in their Roles of   Protectors of the Puppet King Sihamoni in Order that Khmer People  Watch them and Believe in them. In real, by Delusion and Hypnosis, they have been Misleading Khmer People and Serving their Master Ho Chi Minh, Using the Puppet King as Tool and Springboard  to Achieve  their Personal Ambitions and Betray their Country and People. Indeed, there are Two Groups of Crazy about King:  a Group of False Crazy Daring Touch the King’s Head and Put their Hands on it and Serve Vietnamese Colonization and the Hard-line Group Crazy about King Working  just to Hit their Personal Ambitions. Voluntarily or not , the Two Groups of the Crazy about King have been Betraying their Country and Serving Vietnamese Colonization which , alas,  Continue Exploiting Khmer Cultural  Resources and Extract Natural Resources under Land, Under Water and in the Open Air of Cambodia. The Human Rights in Cambodia are Getting Worse and Worse.   All these Facts were Happening Due to Cambodia which remains a State of non-Law, Unconstitutional and a Thief State where Courts are ruled by CPP. Khmer Lotus Revolution and Transitional National Council (TNC) have reaffirmed all Negotiations Must Target Three national Objectives:  Getting Vietnamese settlers out of Cambodia for its Independence, Toppling the Dictator Hun Sen and Installing Democracy! Under the nose of international community, Vietnam has been Annexing Cambodia since more than 35 Years: by the Overflow of Vietnamese Settlers in this Neighboring Country and by Annexation of Khmer Island Koh Tral (or Phu Quoc )…, Maritime Waters and Frontier Lands… by Contravening Paris Agreement of October 23, 1991. CNRP has been back to Renegotiate with the Thief Hun Sen CPP to Restructure NEC.! To Heal these three Khmer Cancers of which Vietnamese Colonization,  Hun Sen CPP Dictatorship and the Lack of the Democracy, The Supreme Will of Khmer People is the Step-down of Hun Sen and the End of Vietnamization in Cambodia!  Khmer Nation has to Exert Pressure on CNRP to Stop Negotiation with CPP!
CNRP Dares Ignore Popular Will and Attend National Assembly.
Negotiations between CNRP and CPP have resolved already 90% of Problems:
There will be the Treason by CNRP against Khmer People Will!
To Heal these three Khmer Cancers (Vietnamese Colonization, Hun Sen CPP Dictatorship and the Lack of the Democracy),  Khmer People Must Wage Revolution in the frame of Transitional National Council (TNC) so that Hun Sen Staggers and Drops.  When Khmer People have to Stand Up? Exactly, When CNRP and CPP will have attended the National Assembly! Or, When the People will be ready for Revolution! Or When there will Be the Coup to Overthrow Hun Sen ! Will Khmer People Have to Use Arms? Yes, There will Be non-violent Tsunami by Original Conception, but by Experience and Precaution, they can Use Arms for Self Defense such as knifes, axes, Sticks, hoes,  banners, Threads, Pens, Pencils, Rice, Foods, Fishes, Meats, Prahok and Medicine  to Resist long time till Victory !
Currently Hun Sen, the Vietnam’s Puppet has been Imposing his Dictatorship over this 2nd Monarchy. Cambodian Thief Rescue Party (CTRP aka CNRP ) will Continue its Negotiations with the Thief Hun Sen CPP to Restructure NEC.! Will the Liberation of 23 activist prisoners be served as toy of Negotiations between CNRP and CPP? The Supreme Will of Khmer People is the Step-down of Hun Sen and the End of Vietnamese Colonization in Cambodia! Khmer Nation has to Exert Pressure on CNRP to Stop Negotiation with CPP!    CNRP will be caught in the Trap put by Vietnamese, Chinese and Khmer Rouge Communists.
Secret and Illegitimate Negotiations between CNRP and CPP have Resolved already 90% of Problems. By Tricks of CPP, alas, new Legislative Elections will be Held by Hun Sen CPP by the End of 2018, allowing Thief Hun Sen Continue his new 5th Mandate as if nothing had happened. Khmer People do have not to Trust CPP Puppet of Hanoi who did never Respect their Promises since already 35 years. CNRP has been Committing Treason against Khmer People Will !
Khmer People Do have no Confidence in CNRP! They have to Exert Pressure on CNRP to Stop Negotiation with CPP! 44 years later, the Message of Marshal Lon Nol and Sirik Matak Remains True and Pathetic so that Khmer people should Stand up again and Put Hanoi out of Cambodia.
Khmer Nation Must not Cooperate with Traitor CPP-Hun Sen in order to precipitate their fall! They Should Wage Khmer Lotus Revolution. Seeing that Cambodia Currently has Thief National Assembly, Thief Government and Thief Prime Minister, the Transitional National Council (TNC) Is Legitimate and Necessary to Manage Revolution. If Khmer Nation (in the Country and Overseas) Wage Khmer Lotus Revolution, They Will Win!
In Virtue of Paris Peace Agreement of October 23,1991, only  by Lotus Revolution that Khmer Could :
1/  Liberate Cambodia from Vietnamese Colonization
2/  Overthrow Dictatorial Hun Sen Regime  3/  To Install Independent Institutions for Democracy !
There will be New Elections only after Lotus Revolution’s Victory, after Installing Independent Institutions for Free Elections: Under the Rule of Transitional National Council (TNC)! Khmer People will get what they have asked after Khmer Lotus Revolution’s Victory in the Frame of Transitional National Council.  Let’s Organize Mass Tsunami Demonstrations, Strikes….! Cambodia and its People will Win: their Demands (Independence, Liberty and Democracy…) are Legitimate…Only Tsunami Demonstration, Non-Cooperation, Strikes and Generalized and Permanent Civil Disobedience could Save  Cambodia! Cambodian People and Youth! Wake Up! And Wage Khmer Lotus Revolution! Under the rule of Transitional National Council (TNC), not under  the will of any Political Party. By Exerting National and International Pressures,
By Blocking the Functioning of Thief National Assembly and Thief Government ….
All Together, We Will Win!

Cambodia Convicts Labor Activists, Then Frees Them

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia May 30, 2014 (AP)
By SOPHENG CHEANG Associated Press
A Cambodian court on Friday convicted almost two dozen factory workers and rights activists for instigating violence during protests that rocked the government earlier this year, but in a surprise move gave them suspended sentences and granted them freedom.
The Phnom Penh Municipal Court ruled that the 23 defendants, who were detained since their arrests in January, had served enough time behind bars and were free to return home.
Human rights groups welcomed their release but criticized the convictions, which carried suspended sentences ranging from one to 4 1/2 years. They said the ruling was politically motivated to quiet criticism from both the government's opposition and from Western clothing brands that are made in Cambodia.
Authorities cracked down on the January protests that had been called to demand a higher minimum wage for garment factory workers, leaving at least four people dead. The crackdown drew criticism from human rights groups and drew attention to the conditions of the factory workers, who manufactured clothing for several global brands, including the Gap, H&M and Adidas.
"We regret that these people were detained several months in jail for crimes they never committed," said Am Sam Sath of the rights group Licadho. "The verdict today is clearly connected to the political situation and pressure from the big brands."
Rights activists have long questioned the fairness of Cambodia's judicial system, which they say is tainted by politics and allows impunity for the rich and well-connected.
January's protests nettled the government, already facing pressure from the opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party, which refused to take its seats in Parliament and accused the ruling Cambodian People's Party of rigging last July's general election.
The opposition has called for early elections and reform of the electoral process. Both sides said last month that they might be near a deal that would end the political deadlock. Many had anticipated the jailed garment workers could be freed as part of the deal.
The minimum wage was increased, but not as much as workers had demanded, and a widespread but short-lived strike accompanied the protests. Labor unions have close links to the opposition, and Prime Minister Hun Sen warned them to keep out of politics.
Four of the men convicted Friday were ordered to pay fines of 8 million riel ($2,000) for inciting the others to stage the protest.

The Price of a Sex-Slave Rescue Fantasy

WITH a sensational story of surviving child sex slavery in Cambodia, Somaly Mam became a worldwide icon, the best-selling author of a memoir and the head of a foundation raising millions in the name of saving girls and women from the sex trade, victims she recounted rescuing in dramatic brothel raids. Last year, introducing the State Department’s annual “Trafficking in Persons” report, Secretary of State John Kerry called Ms. Mam “a hero every single day.”
But all this wasn’t true. A Newsweek cover story last week found inconsistencies and flat-out fraud in Ms. Mam’s story of being abducted and forced to work in a brothel as a child — instead, former neighbors said she came to their village with her parents and graduated from high school, later sitting for a teacher’s exam — and in the stories of women she said she had rescued by the thousands. Ms. Mam even said traffickers had kidnapped her teenage daughter — but the girl’s father said she ran away with her boyfriend.
On Wednesday, Somaly Mam resigned from her own foundation.
The consequences of her fables will prove harder to correct. Ms. Mam and her foundation banked on Western feel-good demands for intervention, culminating in abusive crackdowns on the people she claimed to save.
The International Labor Organization estimates that more than three times as many people are trafficked into work like domestic, garment and agricultural labor than those trafficked for sex. I’ve interviewed human-rights advocates in Phnom Penh since 2007, and they raised concerns about Ms. Mam’s distortion of this reality. Her portrayal of all sex workers as victims in need of saving encouraged raids and rescue operations that only hurt the sex workers themselves.
In 2008, Cambodia enacted new prohibitions on commercial sex, after the country was placed on a watch list by the State Department. In brutal raids on brothels and in parks, as reported by the Asia Pacific Network of Sex Workers in a 2008 documentary, women were chased down, detained and assaulted. The State Department commended Cambodia for its law and removed the country from the watch list.
Human Rights Watch later conducted interviews with 94 sex workers in Cambodia for a 2010 report. “Two days after my arrival, I was caught when I tried to escape,” one woman said. “Five guards beat me up. When I used my arms to shield my face and head from their blows, they beat my arms. The guard threatened to slit our throats if we tried to escape a second time, and said our bodies would be cremated there.”
She was describing a “rescue” and detention at the Prey Speu Social Affairs center near Phnom Penh. Human Rights Watch urged the Cambodian government “to suspend provisions in the 2008 Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation that facilitate police harassment and abuses.”
These are the women whose stories are not told in an anti-trafficking fund-raising pitch. Some of the “victims” whom Ms. Mam said she saved then attempted to escape from her shelters, only to have her claim to the press that they had been “kidnapped.” She later apologized for a 2012 speech before the United Nations General Assembly in which she asserted that the Cambodian Army had killed eight girls after a raid on her shelters.
Ms. Mam’s stories were told in interviews with journalists including Nicholas Kristof, an Op-Ed columnist for The New York Times. She attracted high-profile supporters: There were benefits thrown by Susan Sarandon; Sheryl Sandberg, the Facebook chief operating officer, is on the advisory board of her foundation. Ms. Mam’s target audience of well-off Westerners, eager to do good, often knows little about the sex trade. It doesn’t require much for them to imagine all women who sell sex as victims in need of rescue.
Much of the cited data on trafficking is based on shaky estimates, and many conflate all sex work with trafficking. A 2003 study funded by the Agency for International Development used actual counts to estimate that 88 percent of female sex workers in Cambodia had not experienced coercion. A 2009 analysis of suspected trafficking cases reported by nongovernmental organizations in Cambodia concluded that 76 percent “had a prior knowledge that they would engage in prostitution-related activities.”
When Mira Sorvino arrived with CNN last year to film sex workers undercover in Phnom Penh, Ros Sokunthy of the Women’s Network for Unity told the Asian Correspondent news site that this approach was part of the problem: “You show the face of the mother, who is so poor that she has to sell her daughter for money? How does this help the daughter or mother? It doesn’t. It helps the NGO to make money.”
Ending abuse in the sex trade requires action that is less telegenic than a photo op or a gala. Last week, the International Labor Organization issued a new report on forced labor and recommendations to combat it with the collection of accurate data, effective protection of victims, and the support of workers in their own organizing. It’s a broader fight against poverty, inequality and vulnerability that goes far beyond a brothel’s walls.
A “hero” like Ms. Mam lets those who lift her up feel that they are heroes, too. They can be saviors simply by repeating her stories and swiping their cards. Now Ms. Mam has been exposed before her donors and the Western media who anointed her and made fighting sex trafficking a kind of industry in itself, while sex workers suffered the consequences. Will Ms. Mam’s supporters consider the price of what they’ve been sold?
